Return & Refund policy

We guarantee 30 days for our PopBabies products. You may return it within 30 days

of the order date for a full refund for unsatisfactory.

 

RETURNS

To initiate your return, please email us at [email protected].

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,

we typically can’t offer a refund or exchange.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

• Undamaged product may be returned for a full refund for the product is

unsatisfactory at the application within 30 days of the date of purchase. The customer

should be responsible for return shipping costs. Product return must be unaltered in

the original product packaging.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have

received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of

your refund.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will

automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

• Defective product can be returned for refund, we also will be responsible for the

return shipping cost. The customer is liable to confirm with PopBabies customer

service for an advisable shipping address. Please use local mail post to arrange

the return.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at

[email protected].  

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged. If you

need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

 

 

How to Refund & Return

 

First step: My order – Apply for refund

Fill in the refund reason and upload the picture.

When the refund application has been approved, we will send an email to you

about sending back the product for the next step.

 

Second step: My order- “Express mail back”

Fill in the Waybill number and upload the package picture.

 

After we have received the return item, you will receive an email that we have

arranged the refund for you.
